Dr. Jinali R. Diora is a board-certified pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus specialist. She earned her medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College in a combined BS/MD program through The Pennsylvania State University. In medical school, she earned the honors of Alpha Omega Alpha.   She continued her training with an internship at Crozer  Chester  Medical 

Center followed by a residency in ophthalmology at the prestigious Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.  In her final year of residency, she was selected as Co-chief resident. She went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at Indiana University and Riley Hospital for Children. 

 

During her time at Wills Eye Hospital, Dr. Diora participated in numerous research endeavors and has published scientific articles in the subjects of strabismus, retinopathy of prematurity, and access to care. She enjoys participating in local community outreach programs providing vision screenings and examinations for children. 

She is currently a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. 

In her spare time, she enjoys travelling with her husband, cooking, and visiting her family and friends.
