Message to Cigna Patients

Dear Patients, Parents, and Guardians:


Recently, you may have received a letter from Cigna stating that our physicians are no longer participating with your Cigna health plan. 


This information is incorrect.


The letter from Cigna should have only been sent to patients with Cigna Connect health plans and Cigna SureFit health plans.   We will remain in-network with all other Cigna HMO, Open Access, and PPO plans.  


We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by the letters that were sent to you by Cigna.  In the coming weeks, you may receive a correction letter from Cigna stating that our providers are, in fact, in-network with your Cigna health insurance plan.  Note:  All of our providers will remain out-of-network with the Cigna Connect health plans and the Cigna SureFit health plans.  


If you have an upcoming appointment with one of our physicians, we look forward to seeing you at that appointment.  If you have already cancelled an upcoming appointment due to the letter you received from Cigna, we invite you to contact one of our offices to re-schedule that appointment.
